We are seeking a leader for our careers and transition faculty, which encompasses co-ordinating Gateway, Trades placements and work experience for our students at Marlborough Boys' College. This role will also be overseeing careers events such as: management of delegates from universities presenting to our students, while also successfully organising and overseeing the careers expo. This role also oversees the management and distribution of Star funding in the school, so the ideal candidate will have experience with budgets in an educational setting.

We are looking for a leader who can motivate, develop and support our staff and students to achieve success beyond the classroom. The ideal candidate will uphold our strong culture and values that support our young men to ‘Be the best that they can be’.

Our college is a secondary school from year 9 to 13 situated in the heart of Marlborough region, at the top of the South Island. The school is steeped in tradition but is embracing change as we move towards a re-build on the same site as our sister school.
