We have an opportunity for an individual to join our fantastic leadership team. We are looking for an energetic and creative leader who has a passion for making a difference.

We are seeking an innovative and creative leader who has strong personal and professional skills including:

• Willingness to develop as a leader at middle management level
• The ability to establish a strong team culture and identity within the school
• Is able to develop a strong working relationships within the syndicate with staff, students and community
• A willingness to support students of diverse abilities and cultures
• A collaborative approach to work alongside teachers to develop and implement integrated learning programmes
• Enjoys being involved in a wide range of extra-curricula activities.
