We have an exciting career and leadership opportunity to lead a team of 4 teachers. This is likely to be in an ILE (innovative Learning Environment), with 1:1 MacBooks being utilised. Is this you?
If so, you will be a highly effective teacher and leader of learning, who will inspire and engage our students using culturally responsive practices. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, motivated, creative and you will like to have fun. You will be well supported and work collaboratively with 10 other team leaders.
Key specific attributes include:
An outstanding working knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum
Be an excellent teacher of inquiry and thinking skills
Having a dynamic presence both inside and outside the classroom
Experience at collating, analysing and using student data to target improved student learning outcomes
Be able to lead, coach and mentor staff and students.
