Deputy principal

We are seeking a proven and innovative educational leader to join our senior leadership team. You will join a highly effective and committed team, and a school in an excellent position. The role requires a strong communicator with exceptional relationship skills.

The deputy principal needs to be an excellent classroom practitioner and have experience as a leader, including experience in school-wide pastoral systems, curriculum and assessment development, and leading E-learning and IT. Other responsibilities and duties will be negotiated with the successful applicant. 

They will need to establish positive relationships with students and staff, and will need to be committed to cultural relationships for responsive pedagogy, restorative practice and the college’s inclusive vision and values. This is a great opportunity to join our culturally rich Y9–13, all girls, Catholic state integrated college.
