We are seeking a strong, effective, inspiring leader for our diverse, multi-cultural Catholic school, incorporating highly experienced staff and an engaged community. We are a decile 10 school with 142 students based in beautiful Queenstown. We are looking for an inspiring principal to continue to build on our excellent reputation and lead us into the future. 

Our school is a state integrated school with a very strong Catholic character founded by the Dominican Sisters in Queenstown in 1883.

We are known as a small school with a big heart and aim to ‘create confident learners who, like Jesus, make a positive difference’.   

This is a tagged position. A willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction, appropriate to the special character of the school, is a condition of employment. 

The applicant needs to be fully committed to Te Ao Māori, be an authentic Te Tiriti partner and have sensitivity to all cultures.
