BestStart Apirana Ave is a 70 License centre on the cusp of St Heliers and Glen Innes. Our gorgeous, purpose built centre is known for its well-established friendly team and strong relationships with whanau and community, we have a strong focus on local curriculum and our vision is "Growing Local Hero's."

Our new centre manager will:

• Champion innovation and have a strong focus on quality environments
• Have strengths in building partnerships with parents and whanau though our personalised assessment approach
• Have a philosophy and values that fit with our vision
• Be a strong manager and leader who can bring a strategic business approach to compliment pedagogical leadership
• Exhibit leadership skills to lead, develop and motivate staff
• Hold a Level 7 ECE qualification and current certification.

We are looking for an energetic passionate leader who can manage the centre team to ensure the highest standard of early learning and care are maintained.

You will be required to role model excellent leadership qualities and inspire and motivate others to do the same, while meeting administrative expectations, compliance requirements and striving to achieve financial performance targets.
