The deputy principal needs to be an excellent classroom practitioner and have experience as a leader, including experience in school-wide curriculum and assessment development and professional learning and development. Other responsibilities and duties will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
They will need to establish positive relationships with students and staff, and will need to be committed to cultural relationships for responsive pedagogy, restorative practice and the college’s inclusive vision and values.
