Tahuna School, located 20km north of Morrinsville, provides a quality education for Y1–6 students. The Board of Trustees are seeking a new principal who will:

• Be an excellent communicator who is able to confidently lead, motivate and inspire others
• Be personable, approachable, inclusive and visible within the school and wider community
• Have a collaborative approach to decision-making and foster a team culture
• Ensure hauora is a priority whilst encouraging and supporting the successes and achievements of all learners
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of, and experience in, curriculum, assessment, and evaluation
