We are an early learning centre for children aged 0–5 years based in Dunedin. Due to an increase in our roll we are seeking a permanent, full-time qualified ECE teacher.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality education through a progressive approach to early learning. We consistently commit to providing inspiring experiences for the children in our care and implement a collaborative approach to achieve positive outcomes for our children, families and staff.

Our curriculum is delivered to suit the needs and interests of our children and includes a combination of play-based, skills-based and intentional teaching experiences. The majority of our O2 programme starts combining some Montessori approaches and intentional 'topics', including a transition-to-school programme.

We believe that positive leadership ensures our staff feel valued and are willing to commit to a shared vision. We are committed to creating an environment where there is a high degree of trust, mutual respect and ongoing support.

We have low ratios, excellent professional development opportunities, a generous resources budget and a supportive management team consisting of an operations manager, education manager and human resource manager. All of our teachers receive an iPad, a minimum of 3 hours non-contact per week and competitive remuneration.

We are currently looking for a kind, nurturing, passionate and inspiring teacher. This individual would be excited about the prospect of being part of our progressive centre. Please note that we provide teachers with a comprehensive mentoring programme and it is therefore not a requirement for potential applicants to have experience in using Montessori or intentional approaches.
