We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our senior leadership team. This is a deputy principal level position.   

Junior and/or middle school experience would be desirable, experience in a SENCO role would also be an advantage to the applicant. This position does have a teaching component and will suit a teacher that understands the power of learners mindsets, the challenges of being in the learning pit, the social and emotional needs of their age group, and is experienced or curious about play-based and/or project-based learning. We are looking for the right person to help grow our learners, someone that is interested in growing themselves and who is a team player.
