We are seeking a passionate, flexible and caring educator with expertise in learning and behaviour needs for students.
This position will commence term 1, 2021.
The successful applicant will work closely with the principal, senior leadership team and support our teachers to get the best outcomes for all students. They will have the ability to engage with our tamariki and whānau, and collaborate with our staff. Experience working with outside agencies, such as SWiS, RTLB, MOE and Oranga Tamariki is preferable.
You will be responsible for completing IEP’s, safety plans, special needs registers and complete funding applications such as, ORS and IWS funding. The role also includes pastoral care and coordinating our learning assistants.
