ECE centre manager

Based on beautiful Waiheke Island. With a true sense of community and a stunning natural environment.  

We are seeking a registered centre manager to lead our small team of educators. We are licensed for 38 children including 10 U2s. If you have great communication skills, a sound knowledge of MOE requirements and a passion for teaching we would love to meet you. The position is both management and on the floor teaching and mentoring.

Alongside our programme we run a bush school 'Ki Waho' two days a week where the children travel offsite to our beautiful regional park and beaches. There is plenty of scope to put your stamp on the position with an experienced supportive and mainly administrative long term owner.  

You must have sound knowledge of the NZ Curriculum and NZ work experience or NZ recognised equivalent in a leadership role.
