An exciting opportunity is available at our rural U3 school for a permanent principal.

We are a proud rural school with great community and whānau connections.  We seek a dynamic leader with the vision and passion to continue to work with our enthusiastic learners and teaching team. 

Our principal needs to embrace our vision and develop it further, have an excellent curriculum knowledge and understanding of current educational practice, along with the flexibility to manage a rural school.

The applicant will need experience in leadership roles, be encouraging, motivational and empower a team of committed and skilled staff. We are looking for someone who is inspiring, respectful and who is an excellent communicator. They will be culturally inclusive, relational and embrace our diverse community. A great sense of humour is essential. 

This position will start at the beginning of term 2, 2021.
