HOD guidance

We are seeking a head of guidance to join the student services faculty starting on 28 January 2021. This would suit an effective and experienced counsellor who has student voice and choice firmly at the heart of their practice. The successful applicant will need to be able to work proactively to build culturally responsive relationships with students, whānau, senior leadership and staff. 

An interest in innovative schoolwide programmes promoting student and staff wellbeing would be valued. NZAC membership is preferred. Commitment to the college's values, and high standards in all aspects of school life is expected, as is involvement with the college's extra-curricular programme. 

Applicants must be NZ registered teachers and be fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum.
