Located in Hampden, in North Otago, our school caters for students from Y1–8, with a current roll of 54 students (U2).

We are seeking an innovative and inspiring teacher who has an excellent understanding of best practice teaching and learning and can build strong relationships with whānau in our wider community. Culturally responsive leadership that respects, values and engages with Māori in authentic context will be important. This educator will encourage collaboration, have excellent communication skills and will continue to build on the schools’ mission, vision and values so that all students are enabled to reach their potential.

Our new teacher can look forward to the support of a dedicated staff, an engaged BOT and a fantastic community.
