Our school has completed a trial of a new senior leadership restructure which includes two deputy principals and one assistant principal. The success of this structure means that we are now seeking an assistant principal to fill a permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to join our team. The person appointed to this position will receive 4 permanent management units.
We are seeking a skilled, innovative and reflective person who is wanting to take the next step and become part of a collaborative and future-focused senior leadership team.
We are looking for a colleague who is dynamic, collaborative, positive and most importantly is driven to help create an outstanding specialist learning environment. You will be a person who adapts and responds positively to change and can meet the variety of challenges presented in a specialist education environment. To work effectively within our school community you will be a relationship-based leader who values diversity, has excellent communication skills, a great sense of humour and sees themselves as a learner.
Our school motto is “The Best I can Be”. If you want to help our school community realise this aspiration, you are a NZ registered teacher and are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.
