This is a regraded position, no actual position. 

The school is resetting its pastoral care team to inspire growth in student character and student wellbeing (Hauora) through vertical whānau groups within a House system. There are 2 cultural leader positions available.

The successful applicant will be expected to work in a team and within a collaborative environment. We are pursuing dynamic leaders who demonstrate manaaki for all stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and organisation skills. Applicants will have strengths in growing people's mentoring capabilities and skill sets. Ability to lead and guide culturally responsive practices preferred.
