The role

Reporting to the principal, and as a valued member of the senior management team, you will utilise your creative capabilities and big picture thinking to contribute to the strategic plan and help Rangi Ruru further leverage their successful trajectory. You will ensure that the school’s teaching and learning opportunities are inspiring, challenging and digitally focused. You will oversee recruitment and ongoing support and development of successful and inspiring teachers, while also enabling regular and professional reflection on teaching performance through an effective performance management system. You will manage communication with students, staff, families, and the community about key teaching and learning initiatives as well as meeting the needs of diverse learners. This role also oversees technology support, services and archives and works closely with the principal and senior management team to lead and manage the school efficiently and effectively.
