We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time qualified kaiako to join our small team of dedicated professionals.

We are a mixed age centre from 0 to 5 years, we are a not-for-profit community based centre.

We are seeking a kaiako who:

  • Is passionate for working within a mixed aged centre
  • Ability to demonstrate and have working knowledge of Te Whāriki
  • Is able to work collaboratively with a small team
  • Has knowledge and strategies of how to support the curriculum, planning and assessment within the centre
  • Committed to creating and maintaining strong positive relationships within the wider community
  • Able to demonstrate a growth mindset, be open and willing to change that enables us to continue to deliver high quality education and care to all tamariki in our service
  • Flexible, energetic, approachable and to be reflective in your practice and have best outcomes for tamariki.
