We’re looking for an innovative, proactive, and inspirational leader with great management and communication skills, who can ensure the best results for our 120 tamariki, staff, and community.
You will bring a demonstrable record of managing, coaching, and developing staff, which could come from a mixture of backgrounds in senior positions, be it primary or secondary school, or relevant business.
A visionary thinker, you will be passionate about sustainability and will relish the outdoor uniqueness of the school. You will be visible, approachable, charismatic, and an ambassador for our school for current and new families.

Established in 1924, our school has been part of the community for nearly 100 years. We have strong links with Waitarere, local iwi Ngati Huia ki Poroutawhao and the surrounding farming district.
