We are a privately-owned and operated centre with a mixed age licence and a rich learning curriculum. We are a small homelike and natural centre, licensed for 28 children. We value our natural environment and spending time outdoors

We are looking for a kaiako to join our Nest family. We are looking for a qualified ECE or a soon to graduate teacher who has a philosophy aligns with our and possesses the following attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  •  A team player
  • Good IT skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Motivated, friendly and passionate about the tamariki and the environment.

The focus of this position is to join our small team and help provide high quality ECE teaching and inspiring learning experiences for the children and their whānau.

This position will be around 40 hours a week between 7.30am–5.30pm, $24–$28 per hour plus fortnightly paid meetings.
