We are seeking an inclusive teacher to join our Y0–3 akonga, starting term 1, 2021.
We are looking for someone who:
Will bring the curriculum alive through learning through play and the arts
Has skill or interest/understanding in building strong foundations for effective literacy learning (moving smart, oral language, phonics, learning dispositions), Incredible Years and PB4L
Someone who will personalise the learning for all akonga
Has a commitment to the links between ECE (Te Whāriki) and school (NZC)
Isa learner, innovative, and willing to try new ways of approaching things
Has a passion for taking the learning outside of the classroom
Is able to connect and partner with whānau to grow the learning of their akonga
Has excellent empowerment, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Is a team player who contributes to all aspects of life at a learning organisation.
Has a restorative heart or seeks to understand and apply restorative practices.
