The successful applicant will have an indepth understanding of effective teaching and learning. They will be culturally responsive and encourage collaboration and innovative thinking. Strength in pastoral care and restorative practices, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders are essential. A good sense of humour is a must.
