You must...

  • Be fully collaborative within a team and across the school
  • Be open to learning yourself - contribute to staff learning and share your own learning journey
  • Use current research to support your practise
  • Believe in self directed learning across the school
  • Have a great sense of humour and bring it with you every day :)
  • Be confident in using te reo every day and actively up-skilling yourself in this area
  • Be ECE trained with at least 5 years experience
  • Have experience working in a Primary School (minimum 2 years)
  • Be able to use both Te Whāriki and the NZ Curriculum to plan, assess and report
  • Be knowledgable about the HERO SMS system.
