We are looking for a flexible, student centred leader for our personalised learning faculty in 2021. Experience as a SENCO or with accelerating student learning would be an advantage.
The role involves:
Managing teacher aides and learning support coordinators
Being SENCO to develop IEP's for students
Teaching in our personalised learning room with individuals and small groups to meet their personal learning needs.
