Northland Kindergarten Association (NKA) is seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher to join the team at Bream Bay Kindergarten, Peter Snell Drive, Ruakaka.

This dedicated team of teachers view children as powerful, capable, competent, rich contributors to society. They see their responsibility is to advocate, empower, scaffold, and celebrate children’s learning. The kindergarten has a large, safe and evolving learning environment that is well resourced.
Bream Bay has a team of 4 teachers and a part-time administrator. The kindergarten operates five 6-hour sessions Monday to Friday catering for 40 children between two and six years of age. The current incumbent is applying.
Bream Bay Kindergarten is part of a network of 25 kindergartens within the NKA. The kindergarten is supported by a Professional Practice Management team. Northland Kindergarten Association adheres to the employment conditions as offered in the Kindergarten Teacher, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers Collective Agreement 2019-2022.
Applicants must hold a recognised New Zealand ECE qualification (minimum Dip Teaching ECE), current practicing certificate and first aid certificate.
