This is a rare opportunity to join the exceptional leadership team within our centre. This role would ideally suit an experienced leader looking for a new challenge within a very professional and innovative environment, or an experienced registered teacher looking for their first step into a leadership role.

As a room co-ordinator you will have daily support from a proactive and experienced senior leadership team who truly believe in maintaining an authentically collaborative environment.

Within our purpose-built and thoughtfully designed centre you will work within an environment that offers separate atelier spaces, a performing arts room, designated sleep mezzanines and a separate dining space, all of which create an environment that is supportive and conducive to meaningful learning opportunities for children and teachers.

We are committed to offering a high quality learning and working environment for both children and teachers, ensuring you have the resources and materials needed to implement a purposeful and intentional learning programme.

Working alongside an Atelierista and pedagogical mentor, you will have ample opportunity to extend your own professional knowledge and practice, within a strongly Reggio inspired setting.

As the Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for teachers and families of your room, including daily communication and guidance. You will work closely with our centre director and pedagogical team to co-ordinate the daily programme, creating inspiring learning environments and in-depth pedagogical documentation.

With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them.

“Our working environment is respectful, it’s a place where you are supported, a place where you are challenged, a place where you are encouraged to do your best and acknowledged for your achievements.”
