Our beautiful modern centre in rural Tamahere (Waikato) is looking for our next teaching in the making. At The Pentagon we are all about the outdoors, free play and genuine connections with children, families and the community. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by 5 acres of farmland and a native bush for exploring and adventures.

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic teacher in training aspiring to become a qualified ECE teacher? Do you like to have fun at work while building real relationships? Do you value nature, play and adventure? Are you passionate and dedicated about working with infants and toddlers? If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you!

This position will have varying shifts rostered between our opening hours of 7am–6pm. You will also be required to attend 2 hour fortnightly staff meetings. This position will initially start as a part time position with set days increasing to a full time position. We are also looking for unqualified relief teachers.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
