Our school has a vision to ensure every student is engaged in an innovative future-focused curriculum that inspires personal excellence. Teachers are expected to be energetic and collegial and to contribute to the co-curriculum life of the school. Current NZ teacher registration and practising certificate must be held.

We place significant emphasis on working and learning collaboratively and believe as a leadership team we offer our staff the opportunity to contribute actively to the direction of the school and importantly to realise their own potential as an educator.

We have excellent resources for your classroom, a fantastic and supportive environment, technology available, development of our new localised curriculum and a  well-established PB4L framework that supports student behaviour management.

We are looking for a special educator who will bring:

  • Great teaching practice
  • Commitment to raising student achievement
  • High expectations
  • A sense of humour
  • Flexibility.
