Who are we?
HCK have been growing young learners for over 90 years in Lower Hutt, providing quality and affordable early childhood education. Our teaching teams are passionate about providing rich learning environments where children can explore, develop and have fun.
We are a not-for-profit dedicated to making quality early childhood education accessible to all. We have 19, soon to be 20 kindergartens throughout the Hutt Valley.
About our kindergarten:
Our kindergarten sits on a sheltered sunny site at the end of a long driveway off Durham Crescent – close to the local primary school. Our families frequently tell us what a vibrant and welcoming environment it is!
We are privileged to have a very supportive community of family and whānau, where new members are warmly welcomed. Our teaching team places huge importance on listening to the children, developing an understanding of them and getting to know them really well, so we can provide them with a wide range of experiences to support their individual learning needs.
Due to promotion, we are looking for an energetic and dedicated teacher to join the team, tamariki and whānau at Epuni Kindergarten.
Ideally, the successful candidate will commence at the start of term 3 (20 July).
