We seek an enthusiastic, innovative, highly-motivated, organised and culturally responsive learning support coordinator (LSC).
This position will be based at Pukekohe Hill School and Parkside Specialist School.
The LSC will be a member of a wider network of LSC colleagues across the Pukekohe Kāhui Ako. The LSC will also work with other schools and their children and whānau and participate in transition in and out of schools within our Kahui Ako.
The LSC will support children who have additional learning needs (including gifted and talented) to enable them to access services they need to progress, in ways that recognise their abilities, language and culture. They will also work closely with their whānau.
The successful applicant will have a proven record as a quality classroom practitioner and the ability to engage positively with leadership, teachers, students, whānau and various agencies.
Interviews for this post will take place in the week beginning 22 June and the successful candidate will commence work at the beginning of term 3.
