We are seeking an experienced and highly effective teacher with the personal and professional qualities to successfully engage with Y5–6 students who have a diverse range of needs.

We are looking for:

  • Sound core curriculum knowledge
  • A desire to make a difference in children's learning
  • High level of understanding of accelerated learning
  • An ability to foster positive relationships with our tamariki, whānau and colleagues
  • Being committed to being part of a collaborative team  (hub of 3 classes)
  • Believe in restorative practice
  • Understand your responsibilities to be a culturally responsive teacher.
