Our centre has experienced a complete change in our leadership team in Palmerston North and as a result we are now looking for an experienced team leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre

These are exciting times for our centre in Palmerston North as we strive to become the No. 1 provider in the area. We are still actively recruiting during the current COVID-19 lockdown situation.

The team leader leads, organises, plans and co-ordinates the centre and is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children in their care. Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.

Tasks include:

  • Maintaining professional and positive relationships with parents, children, educators and the community
  • Taking care of day-to-day operations
  • Supervision, staff training and development
  • Centre programme planning
  • Centre administrative and compliance
  • Management reporting
  • Health and safety.

Our Cuba Street centre is a fast growing centre with a great team of teachers, located on the ground floor of Manawatu House on Cuba Street in Palmerston North Central. The Centre is licensed for 80 children, it's very spacious, beautifully designed and well-resourced both indoors and out.
