Our centre is looking for an inspiring and committed leader to come on board and join our amazing team. As an ECE manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre provides exceptional care to the children and ensure that the team continue to deliver exceptional learning opportunities through inspirational planning and curriculum delivery.

To be successful in this role, you…:

  • Must hold a NZ recognised ECE qualification and full registration, and be a NZ certificated ECE teacher
  • Have minimum of 3 years' experience as a centre manager
  • Strong understanding of Te Whāriki
  • Proven leadership with ability to motivate and inspire teachers
  • High degree of resilience and problem solving skills
  • A good understanding of HR processes and people management
  • Strong skills in documentation
  • A deep understanding of MOE regulations, funding, compliance, policies and procedures
  • Delivering the highest quality curriculum
  • Strong commercial/business acumen.
