We are looking for a creative, innovative team leader to lead a team of teaching staff in Hastings, as part of our Central North Region.

Interested in authentic learning, you model current pedagogy and are always coming up with new ideas.

It’s an exciting time as we continue to innovate and transform the way we provide distance learning. As a predominantly online environment, we work with the latest technologies and are constantly growing in this space.  

You’ll have an indepth understanding of Big Picture principles and implementation, great interpersonal skills and have a proven record of managing a group of teachers, plus a track record of working positively to deliver on organisational strategic direction. You’ll manage the team, assist with building a dynamic teaching and learning environment and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and pastoral support to our ākonga (students).
