We are a progressive and highly regarded kura in the heart of Tamatea, Napier.

Our school is a dynamic, diverse and enjoyable place to teach and learn.

We believe that all quality learning is built on strong, respectful relationships with our students and whānau. Our tamariki are warm, genuine, and require a teacher with energy, positivity and passion. We place them at the centre of all learning.

We have an opportunity for a New Zealand registered teacher to join our team. We are on the lookout for a classroom release teacher extraordinaire to work with our Y3–6 students.

Your mandate will be to deliver high-interest, high-engagement, experiential learning-focused days in classrooms across our school, while classroom teachers are released.

The role is well-resourced. You have access to a budget to ensure you have all the necessary tools and resources to implement a programme of this nature successfully.

Strengths, or a willingness to engage in science, technology and digital technologies, robotics, the arts, etc, are desirable in this role.

Feel free to make contact, ask any questions you may have, or arrange a visit to our kura.
