A decile 1 kura with a roll of 350 students. Our school is situated in the heart of Kingitanga and as such has a unique culture. We are currently in the middle of a whole school rebuild and our roll is continuing to grow.

We are seeking a guidance counsellor to join our exciting pastoral team and work to provide wrap-around support for our students. The ideal candidate will have empathy and understanding of our context and the ability to relate to students with diverse needs.

The applicant must be a registered teacher in New Zealand, or be provisionally registered if a PCT. A counselling qualification is essential and membership of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors would be an asset.
