The successful applicant will:
Be an NZ registered teacher with experience in managing and leading change
Show a commitment to genuinely student-centred, culturally responsive practice
Have implemented effective, innovative educational leadership practices
Demonstrate a commitment to Te reo Māori
Assist in creating a learner-centred curriculum that excites and engages learners
Be inspirational, dynamic and able to maintain strong collaborative relationships.
