Exciting opportunity! Manage and lead the development in our new all-day kindergarten.

Who are we?

HCK have been growing young learners for over 90 years in Lower Hutt, providing quality and affordable early childhood education. Our teaching teams are passionate about providing rich learning environments where children can explore, develop and have fun. We welcome people who can share in that passion.

About our new kindergarten:

We are opening a new kindergarten at the Health Hub on Witako Street. The yet-to-be-named kindergarten is expected to open mid-2020.

This will be an all-year service for 2–5-year-olds that will offer options from 7.30am–5.30pm. This is a change from the traditional kindergarten session which will meet the needs of many families in the Hutt Valley.

The kindergarten will be located in the new Health Hub building that also houses Ropata Health and is adjacent to Hutt Hospital. It is an impressive building that has been built to the highest earthquake specifications.

Please check out our Facebook page for the latest updates on the new kindergarten.
