Commencing term 2.  

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and inspiring teacher to join our music department. We have extensive academic and co-curricular opportunities with high-achieving competitive records in academic, orchestral, band, choral, jazz and contemporary medium, from Y7–13, core and option, NCEA and IB.
Our growing department has a dedicated music centre with full-time administrator, classrooms, Mac lab, ensemble and practice studios with recording facilities. Our private music tuition programme is well-supported, with healthy dialogue between the academic, private tuition and co-curricular to secure both quantity and quality of students. We have strong ties with the local community and a supportive team of music parents at our events.
The successful candidate will have proven academic and co-curricular success and growth, and provide support to the HOD. Most importantly, a positive attitude and strong work ethic. There is genuine scope to expand your area of expertise, with management units negotiable.
