We are seeking a dedicated teacher for our 3–4-year-olds room, who is committed to reflective and innovative pedagogical practice, building collaborative and professional relationships with colleagues, children and families, and has the passion and drive to help us continue to develop as an outstanding early learning centre in which children, families and teachers can thrive.
Teachers work a nine-day fortnight, with one rostered day off every second week. They are paid to attend planning meetings every Monday evening.
Benefits and culture
Offering state-of-the-art facilities and generous resourcing, we are committed to delivering exceptional early learning and care for young children. Kristin offers a premium above the Kindergarten Teacher Collective Agreement pay scale, 6 weeks' annual leave, a rostered day off each fortnight, generous non-contact time, staff discount on school fees and other wellbeing incentives.
Nestled in the grounds of Kristin School, our centre is a haven for exploration, learning and play for our very youngest children. Set in stunning landscaped gardens, in an award-winning building, we welcome children from the age of 6 months to 4 years. The centre is licensed for 74, and managed by Sarah Jones, who is focused on ensuring that we are a place that inspires, nurtures and supports its teachers as well as its children.
We share the beliefs and vision of the whole school, including a commitment to personalised care and attention within a secure and tranquil environment, and specialised staff dedicated to children's holistic education and wellbeing.
