We are looking for a creative, innovative kaiako (teacher) who’s a subject expert in health and physical education to join our teaching team in our Northern Regional Office based in Auckland.

Interested in authentic learning, you model current pedagogy and are always coming up with new ideas.

Your willingness to learn, innovate, work collaboratively and build relationships, along with a sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and assessment requirements is essential. Recent experience in teaching health and physical education across NCEA levels is desirable. Experience with student systems and processes is an advantage.

It’s an exciting time as we continue to innovate and transform the way we provide distance learning. As a predominantly online environment, we work with the latest technologies and are constantly growing in this space.  

We're a Big Picture school are forward-thinking and do things a little differently, but that doesn't mean no student contact! You'll interact with students at advisories, communicate with them using online tools and guide a group of students as their learning advisor. We are committed to seeing you grow with us and development opportunities often crop up within the school.
