This is a permanent position with the expectation that the position will commence in term 2. Start date to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The applicant must be:
Able to converse in both te reo Māori and te reo Pākehā
An understanding and belief in Ngā Mātāpono o Te Aho Matua
An energetic, innovative leader who can manage a team with effective and collaborative leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that inspire our unique whānau dynamics
Interpersonal skills that build strong relationships with Kaimahi, students, whānau and the wider community including hapū and iwi
Drive, commitment and creativity to ensure the best quality education is delivered to all students
A proven track record of outstanding curriculum leadership
Innovative and forward-thinking to provide input to whānau plans and assist with whānau to manage risks, manage their weaknesses and their strengths.
