Due to roll growth, we seek an experienced infants and toddlers team leader for our refurbished centre.

Licensed for 45 children. An enriching opportunity to be a part of a nurturing, joyful, tranquil environment for children and teachers.

This is an aesthetically inviting, owner-operated environment.

We are looking for a dynamic, qualified and experienced U2s team leader. We require someone who is not only passionate about this age group but who also has a strong understanding of the stages of development and how to create fun and inviting provocations for U2s to explore and grow in.

  • Have skills to empower your team
  • Be able to manage staff
  • Organised
  • Be able to communicate well with O2s team leader and centre director
  • Have an understanding of theories that align to our philosophy providing respectful/nurturing care to our tamariki
  • Establish reciprocal relationships with whānau
  • Experienced in assessment and internal review.

The successful applicant must also be available for all shifts throughout the day and full-time work.

Must hold full teacher's registration.
