We seek a highly skilled, restorative and relational pastoral leader for this role within our pastoral team. The role entails working alongside senior management in a pastoral capacity.
The successful candidate will work as a team member within the learning and behaviour management structure of the college to promote pastoral teamwork, academic success and a collaborative approach between whānau, staff and students. The role supports students getting the information, guidance, and pastoral support within a restorative practice framework to cultivate and maintain a spirit of whanaungatanga within the college.
Candidates should state teaching curriculum areas and relevant experience or training as part of their application.
Start date 18 February 2020, or earlier by mutual agreement.
