While we are searching for our new principal, we are in need of an experienced acting principal to bridge the gap and lead our great wee rural school. This role would commence at the start of term 1 and is envisaged to be for the whole term. However, the role may possibly be extended into term 2, so the exact length of tenure would be dependent on the requirements of the Board and the incoming principal.
We are seeking a proven leader with excellent interpersonal skills and current proven leadership experience (ideally with experience guiding staff through a process of change). We would love to have someone who can lead, inspire and manage, plus someone who would love to join us in our West Coast paradise.
