You will be working across 6 schools (Te Papapa, Onehunga, Oranga, Waterlea, Mangere Bridge and St Joseph's, Onehunga) on a student-need basis. This will require you to be able to work flexibly and to be able to build relationships across a wide range of learning environments and with professional groups and agencies quickly and effectively to ensure best outcomes for the child. You will have strong culturally responsive practice with knowledge and understanding of children with additional needs. You will want to improve outcomes for Māori and Pasifika learners and their whānau.
