  • You will have a genuine warmth, care and passion for children
  • Supportive and dynamic leader who enjoys growth, change and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Experienced in extending learning outcomes for ngā tamariki and confident in incorporating Te Whāriki
  • Proven experience in a previous leadership role
  • Most importantly enjoy having fun in a professional environment and being involved in child-led learning and play.
