Share your knowledge and build your experience within our team. Gorgeous sea view...we love life and laugh here!

Collaboration, effective communication, and teamwork are a few qualities we really look for in our teachers. If you have a love for children, want to work in a harmonious and supportive team, then this might be the ideal opportunity for you. We value hands-on and continuous learning, team-building, and appreciation of our teachers' commitment. Our aim every day is to create an encouraging environment for all team members, families/whānau, and of course our children.

Due to the relocation of 2 of our valued team members, we are now looking out for a couple of certified teachers – we are flexible with what age group that you prefer to teach. Here we practise primary caregiving, giving not only the families added confidence, but allowing you as a teacher to create a special and trusting bond with the little ones in your care.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Hold an ECE teacher qualification valid in New Zealand and hold valid registration
  • Ability to teach children in a positive, inclusive, and nurturing way
  • Acknowledge and respect the languages, heritages and cultures of all akonga
  • Demonstrate knowledge of curriculum and self-review.

What we can offer you:

  • We value reciprocal relationships between ourselves, the children and their families by acknowledging the whānau aspiration for tamariki. This enhances learning and development, while promoting a sense of belonging and wellbeing
  • A friendly and supportive team environment
  • Subsidised childcare
  • Support and mentorship for teacher registration
  • Infant, toddler and junior rooms which allow children to explore in a safe yet challenging way.

If you would love to visit first and have an informal chat – please get in touch!
We can't wait to meet you!
