We are looking for a flexible, motivated leader to give inspirational, dynamic leadership across our school. The successful candidate will have recent successful leadership and teaching experience as well as sound knowledge of modern pedagogy and best practice principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include: ability to motivate; excellent curriculum knowledge; and proven ability to lead curriculum areas – in particular literacy and mathematics; schoolwide assessment and reporting; ability to work constructively within a leadership group and be a team player. Strengths in IT and SENCO are preferable but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated, caring and skilled team that enjoys strong community support. The position commences in term 1, 2020.
